Very Small Features Not Being Printed
Our printer includes a nozzle with a fixed size of 0.4mm diameter that allows you to accurately reproduce features larger than 0.4mm. When trying to print features smaller than 0.4mm, the nozzle cannot produce it accurately. The extrusion width should always be equal to or greater than the nozzle diameter.
Redesign the part so that it only includes features that are larger than your nozzle diameter. This typically involves editing the 3D model in the original CAD package to modify the size of the small features. Once you have thickened the small features, you can re-import the model into ideaMaker to verify that your printer is capable of reproducing the 3D shape you created.
